Borderway Calf Sale

On Wednesday 14th November Harrison & Hetherington Limited held their weekly sale of young calves.  A larger show of 331 calves were foward with a very mixed selection on offer.  Best quality were in demand and topped at £455 for s strong British Blue bull calf from Messrs Fisher, Smalmstown, Longtown.  Strong black and whites continue to be good to sell although younger calves were harder to cash.
