Borderway Store Sheep Sale

A much smaller and more weathered show of store sheep were forward at Borderway on Monday. All classes of lambs proved well bid for but trade was slightly easier on the week. Top price of the day was for a tremendous pen of Beltex from Messrs Wood, Well Head Farm, Dean selling to £94. Mules were harder to cash seeing the top price set at £63.50 by Messrs Cartmel, Winter Crag.
