Borderway Weekly Calf Sale

On Wednesday 7th November Harrison & Hetherington Limited held their weekly sale of young calves with a smaller mixed show of 201 forward.  The best young calves were dearer on the week, however stronger calves would be slightly easier.  Top price was for a British Blue bull from Messrs Miller, Trailflat Farm, Lochmaben which made £400.  Black and whites were a similar trade to previous weeks topping at £155 for a pair of strong Black and whites from Messrs Palmer, Grange Farm, Flimby.
