Borderway Weekly Sale of Calves

4th March 2020

On Wednesday 4th March Harrison & Hetherington Limited held their weekly sale of calves with a smaller entry of 278.  Despite a plainer show on offer they continue to be in high demand with strong well reared calves attracting a premium.  Topping at £515 was a fantastic Limousin bull from Messrs Lough, South Lough House, Stamfordham, Newcastle.  A poorer show of black and whites would be rather easier than previous weeks although strong calves were still good to sell.
