Topping the sale at £1475.04 and 219.5p/kg was a 672kg British Blue heifer from Messrs Brannan, Scar Top, Newbiggin.
Messrs Maughan, Ash Garth, Great Asby sold a 824kg Limousin cow to make £1388.44 (168.5p/kg).
Dairy cows sold to £1207.81 for a 898kg cow making 134.5p/kg from Messrs Chippendales, Wharton Hall, Kirkby Stephen.
Friesian cows sold to 144.5p/kg for a 6 year old cow from Messrs Chappelhow, Beckstones, Newbiggin on Lune.
Trade was described as been one of the dearest seen for all classes, with values adding up to levels way above any other method of marketing at the current time!
Two thirds of the cows forward were Dairy bred and an overall sale average of 134.5p/kg (£900.62) was achieved, with Continental cross cows averaging 154.6p/kg and Dairy cows averaging 124.3p/kg.
