STRICT DROP & GO POLICY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT

As a result of the increased Covid-19 infection rate across our Region and in order to maintain the highest level of safety for both our staff and customers, as from tomorrow 4th January 2021 we will be operating a STRICT DROP & GO POLICY at all H&H Marts.

Only staff and buying customers will be permitted access to the market, including penning areas and sale rings while these measures are in place.

The position will be  reviewed weekly.

Please note for those permitted access, the wearing of face coverings is mandatory and 2 metre distancing must be observed at all times.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE – PLEASE READ

• DROP AND GO – we strongly request vendors readopt this policy
• FACE COVERINGS – must be worn at all times in the mart
• BUYERS ONLY – only those intending to do business are permitted in the mart with only ONE representative per business permitted
• SOCIAL DISTANCING & HYIGENE – strict social distancing together with hand sanitising should be adhered too
• TRACK & TRACE – those attending must complete Track & Trace on arrival
• NO CHILDREN – No under sixteens or pregnant ladies are permitted in the mart
• CAFÉ – Take away facilities for buyers and staff ONLY in the mart available between 10am – 2pm on sale days
• Strictly no private videoing/broadcasting on Social media, or phones etc in the pens or sale ring

If you are unable to attend the mart but would like to bid on animal(s), then the auctioneers will faithfully execute commission bids for buyers.  Please contact the auctioneers for further instructions or alternatively you can arrange to make a telephone bid during the sale.  Live Stream Bidding will be available for some sales, please refer to the website page –  https://harrisonandhetherington.co.uk/live-streaming/
