Borderway Calf Sale

On Wednesday 13^th October Harrison and Hetherington held their weekly sale of calves with yet another large show of 356 forward.  Once again a good trade for all calves, topping todays sale at £630 was  a cracking suckler bred bull from Messrs Millar, Crookholm.  Heifers sold to a top of £555 for a great Limousin suckler bred calf from Messrs Cowx, Hudscales.  Stronger calves sold with ease with a great run from Messrs Henderson, Park House with 9 calves averaging £448.  Many buyers still present weekly ensuring all calves are well bid for.
