Annual Christmas Show and Sale of Prime Cattle.
Taking charge of judging was Mr A.Kirk, Mathiesons Butchers, Edinburgh with 46 tremendous cattle forward.
Todays Champion was from local home Messrs Gray, Sunnycroft with a pure bred Aberdeen Angus.x Heifer weighing 552kgs, 410p £2263 selling to the judge Messrs Kirk, Mathiesons Butchers.
Reserve Champion was from weekly consigner Messrs Maxwell, Faughhill with a Limousin.x Bullock selling at 330p per kg (£1821) to Briggsys Butchers, Jedburgh
