Borderway Store Sheep Sale

On Monday 13^th December Harrison & Hetherington held their weekly sale of store lambs.

300 store sheep were forward with trade continuing to hold very well with some great run’s of lambs forward late in the season. Topping today’s sale at £142 for a cracking Dutch Texel ram lamb from Messrs Armstrong, Town Head selling to Mr McCune, Farewell Grange. This run of lambs sold to average £120. A cracking run of 70 Texel x lambs from Messrs Relph, Keswick topped at £112 and averaged £109. Beltex lambs sold to £125 from Liam Wannop, School Farm.
