St Boswells Store Cattle and Sheep Sale

STORE CATTLE

Tremendous trade for a mixed show.  Topping the sale was a Hereford.x Bullock from North Falaknowe at £1220.

Pence per kilo was topped at 260p twice from North Falaknowe and Langhope.

Bullocks averaged 244.44p per kilo

Heifers per head: Aberdeen Angus: £1185, £1100 (2) Broomiebank, £1060 Langhope, Beef Shorthorn: £1140 (2) Broomiebank, Saler: £1160 Old Prieston

Heifers averaged 230.41p per kilo
