Harrison & Hetherington Ltd, Kirkby Stephen Mart held their fortnightly sale of cast and OTM cattle.

Topping the sale at £1576.20 was a cast Galloway Bull weighing 888kg and making 177.5p/kg from Messrs Pedley, Yore House, Sedbergh.

Topping at 206.5p/kg was a Friesian steer from Messrs Beck, Townfoot, Tebay.

Dairy cows sold to 186.5p/kg for a Friesian also from Messrs Beck, Townfoot.

Dairy cows also topped at £1330.29 for a 1 year old Holstein/Friesian weighing 758kg and selling for 175.5p/kg from Messrs Walton, Bank View, Rookby.
