The trade for store lambs at Carlisle continues to rise. A busy ringside of buyers once again made all classes dearer on the week. Texels topped at £106 from D Charnock, Millholme. Other Texels sold to £98 from Messrs Walton, Goodie Hill Farm. Suffolk lambs sold to £92 again from Messrs Charnock.
More lambs are required next Monday to meet growing demand.
