Broughton Sale of Store Lambs

At Broughton Mart on Tuesday 23^rd August Harrison & Hetherington held their second sale of store lambs. A good selection of healthy well-bred lambs were presented to a keen ringside of buyers. Topping at £90 for a smart pen of Texels from JM Harrison, Lane End Farm. Mule wethers topped at £80 from RD Holland & Co, Low Scales. The sale averaged £82 per head overall.

The next store lamb sale at Broughton Auction Mart will take place on Tuesday 6^th September.
