St Boswells Sale of Store Cattle, Rams & Store Sheep

Fortnightly Sale of Store Cattle.  A nice trade throughout.  Sale topping at £1170 Limousin.x Bullocks from Messrs Douglas, Saughtree.  Saughtree also topped the pence per kilo section at 247.7p.

A mixed show of tups forward with trade following suit. Purchasers very much bought to choice.

Sale top of £950 with a flashy traditional Bluefaced Leicester from Adam Grieve, North Cottage, Broadlaw.  Texels followed shortly behind with a smashing Texel Tup from S.Turkington, West Lodge South at £850
