Badgerface Texel Sale

The Annual Badger Face Texel Sale took place at Carlisle and saw a top price of 11,000gns achieved for a ewe lamb from the Duhonw Flock. She was sired by Sunnybank Attack out of a Whatmore Beeswax this was purchased by S Wood. The Duhow flock also took top price with their Reserve Overall Champion ram lamb selling to C Richardson for 8000gns. He was by Sunnybank Attack out of a Whatmore Beeswax ewe.

The shearling rams topped at 5000gns from John Harding with Ingst Champion maker selling to J Johnstone he was a Sunnybank AC DC out of an Import Ewe.

The next price goes across the water to Northern Ireland to C Richardson topping the gimmer trade with Cleenagh City of Gold selling to A D Little for 4000gns.
