Bull trade dearer than anywhere else around! Messrs Hartley of Turner Hall sells to a wonderful average of £1530 for twelve 10 – 12month old Limousin bulls, topping at a whopping £1740. Messrs Dent, Beamwham also sold a bull to £1680. Both bullocks and heifers still remain a good trade with hard, empty cattle highly sought after. British Blue Heifers top at £1420 from Messrs Byers, Whitehills and Charolais bullocks top at £1000 from Messrs Dale, Sunley.
