Harrison & Hetherington Ltd, Kirkby Stephen Mart held their fortnightly sale of cast and OTM cattle.

Topping the sale at £1,747.96 was a 6 year old 617kg Limousin cow which made 260.5p/kg from Messrs Bland, Cotegill Farm, Gaisgill

Topping at 269.5p/kg was a British Blue cross cow weighing from G&S Holdings, Stoneygarth, Asby.

Messrs Hutchinson, Hebblethwaite Hall, Sedbergh sold a 11 year old Limousin cow weighing 752kg to make 191.5p/kg coming to £1440.08.

Dairy cows topped at 205.5p/kg for a Friesian cow from Messrs Atkinson, Waitby Farm, Waitby.
