Lockerbie Store Cattle Sale

Lockerbie auction market held its fortnightly sale of store cattle today where a more mixed summer show of cattle met an abundance of buyers still looking for numbers. Limouisn heifers sold to £1510 from Messrs Robson, Laverockhall. The same home had bullocks to £1140 and £1100. Beef Shorthorn bullocks also sold to £1100 from Messrs Ferrie, Newcastleton. British Blue heifers sold to £1040 from Messrs Mackie, Lockerbie.
