Borderway Sale of Store Sheep

On Monday 21^st of August, Harrison & Hetherington held its weekly sale of store lambs in Borderway. A strong show of 600 lambs were forward with a great trade being achieved throughout with a total sale clearance and an average of £84.57 being completed. Topping the sale was a pair of strong Suffolk lambs from H S Dean, Talkin Head selling for £122. Texels peaked at £99 for a pen of 50 from J Murray & son, Branch End. A good show was presented with more numbers required to satisfy demand.
