Borderway Weaned Cattle Sale

On Wednesday 23rd August, Harrison & Hetherington held their weekly sale of bulls and weaned cattle where trade rises in ring 4 with all types a better trade on the week.  Simmental bulls topped at £1310 from Messrs Goldie, Newbie Mains.  Aberdeen Angus bulls sell to £1270 from Messrs Graham, Barnglies.  Limousin bullocks sell to £1430 from Mr Hill, Whitehill.  Aberdeen Angus bullocks to £1170 from Messrs Moscrop, Border Rigg.  Holstein bullocks sell to £1010 from Messrs Carr, Brackenrigg.  Limousin heifers sell to £1290 from Messrs Harrison, West House.  Fleckvieh heifers from Messrs Errington, Lowther Moor sold to £1180.
