Tercrosset Sale

The 20th Annual Production Sale on behalf of Messrs Whiteford did not disappoint with it being the best sale to date. Females were on fire from start to finish topping at 800gns for the first pair of Texel Shearling Gimmers, with a record average of £416 for the 146 sold. Ewe lambs topped at 270gns (x2) for two great pairs of Suffolk crosses, ewe lambs averaged a healthy £188 for 150 sold. The highlight of the sale was the rams where trade was buoyant throughout 4 rams exceeded the 3000gns bracket with over 70 rams selling over £1000 which resulted in another record average levelling out at £1090 for 150 sold.
