Harrison & Hetherington Ltd held their fortnightly sale of store lambs on Tuesday evening.
Topping the sale aty £90.50 were a pen of twenty two Dutch Texel cross lambs from Messrs Fell, Chapel Farm, Bassenthwaite.
Texel cross lambs sold to £89 for a pen of eleven from Messrs Lawson, Buddle House, Richmond.
Messrs Graves, Hesket Deman, Carlisle sold a pen of twenty Texel cross Mule lambs to make £88 with Messrs Wearing, Stephens Farm, Sedbergh also selling a pen of Texel cross Mules to make £88.
All classes of store lambs were in demand from a full ringside of buyers once again with an overall sale average of £80.69 being achieved.
