Store Cattle met a good trade throughout.  Topping at £1690 for a Limousin.x Bullock from Messrs McGowan, Craiglea.  Top pence per kilo went to the same home at 338p

ANNUAL SALE OF RAMS

At the Annual Sale of Breeding Tups , an end of season show met a steady trade.

Sale peak of £600 for a Suffolk Shearling from Malcolm Kelly, The Bungalow, Broomilees.  Tup Lambs topped at £300 on two occasions from R.Darling, Ladyflat with a pair of Charollais Tup Lambs.

At the Annual Show and Sale of Blackface Wedder Lambs saw the JJ Scott Memorial Salver presented to Messrs Hunter, Nickies HA achieving £85 to the Judge Mr G.Cameron, Gorebridge.  Show kindly sponsored by the Blackface Sheep Breeders.
