Borderway Sale of Store Sheep

On Monday 4^th December Harrison and Hetherington conducted the weekly sale of store lambs in Borderway Mart. Another strong show of lambs were forward and met a blistering trade throughout. Again, all lambs sold well past vendors’ expectations. Topping the sale was a single lamb from JG Bewley, Wigton selling for £132. Beltex lambs topped at £112 for a pair from F Gibson, Canonbie. Mules peaked at £90 for Alan Hagne, Whitehaven. A great show was presented with all vendors extremely happy with the days trading. Many more can be sold to vendors advantage.
