Borderway Sale of Weaned Cattle

On Wednesday 13^th December Harrison & Hetherington held their weekly sale of bulls and weaned cattle.  A fantastic trade in Ring number 4 for all types of cattle.  Bull trade topped at £1200 for an April born Limousin.  Messrs Reid, Kirkburn also achieve £1200 for his Limousin bull.   Beef Shorthorn bulls topped at £1110 from Messrs Stewart, Halldykes, bullocks topped at £1230 for a Limousin from Messrs McColm and Brewis, Stranraer.  A Limousin Messrs Thornton, Stainton Farm, and A British Blue from Torhouse Farming Company topped the heifers at £1160.  Demand only increasing at Borderway Ring 4.
