Borderway sale of Store Cattle

STORE CATTLE –On Wednesday 20^th December, Harrison & Harrison & Hetherington held their weekly sale of store cattle.  A plainer show of cattle forward for the last sale of the year and saw demand rocket.  Limousin bullocks sold to £1830 and Simmentals to £1750 from Messrs McColm & Brewis, Awhirk Farm.   British Blue bullocks sold to £1590 from Messrs Parsons, Town House.  Heifers top at £1370 for a British Blue from Messrs Byers, Gimmenbie.
