Borderway Store Sheep Sale

On Monday 22^nd January Harrison and Hetherington conducted the weekly sale of store lambs in Borderway Mart. A similar number to previous were forward despite the attempts of Storm Isha trying to spoil the party. A total sale average of £96.26 leaving vendors delighted with the days trading. Topping the sale was a pair of Texel lambs from GB & M Scott, Hayton Brow for £136. First time vendors J & J Hastings, Lochwood sold a pen of 15 Cheviot cross lambs to £125 and 48 Mule lambs to £106.

More required weekly to satisfy demand.
