Borderway Beef Breeding Sale

On Wednesday 24^th January Harrison and Hetherington held their monthly Beef Breeding sale at Borderway Mart. A small show of cows and heifers in calf was forward with Messrs Cowan, The Ash selling the top priced Limousin heifer & calf for £2150. Mr Gary Bell, Haas Side Farm Limousin cross cows in calf topped at £2050 and £2000. Messrs Pattinson, The Flatt run of incalf heifers topped at £1700 and  £1680 for British Blue crosses and £1680 twice for Limousin crosses.
