Borderway Weaned Cattle Sale

On Wednesday 24th January Harrison & Hetherington held their weekly sale of bulls and weaned cattle in Ring 4. Bulls, Bullocks and Heifers absolutely soar. All types of cattle are extremely well bid for with huge demand once again at Borderway. Bull top at £1490 for an outstanding Limousin from Messrs Henshall. The same home has two others sell to £1400. Simmental bulls hit £1440 three times from Messrs Skelton. Bullocks sell to £1370 from Vevers Limited and £1300 from Messrs Watson for British Blues. Limousin bullocks top at £1320 from Messrs Hughes, Dona Close. Messrs Gorst leads the way with the Heifers with both a British Blue and Limousin heifer hitting £1320 both between 10 and 14 months old.
