At Wooler on Tuesday 19th January Harrison and Hetherington held their opening sale of Store Cattle in flying style.
With a strong ringside of buyers in presence to witness the sale topped by a powerful pair of Angus cross heifers from R & M Renner, South Lyham at £1195 whilst attaining the sales top pence per kilo was a pen of Angus stirks from E M & A Dodd, Bagraw at 247.9ppk
On a day with a mixy show forward shows more could have been sold to vendor’s advantage
