On Monday 8th February Harrison & Hetherington held their weekly sale of store sheep. The sale averaged £90.50 for 314 forward.
The sale topped at £125 for a Beltex lamb from Messrs Todhunter for Texel lambs selling to £114 from Messrs Harrison, Baggrow. Mules sold to £94 from the same home. The increase in prime sheep trade ensured all store sheep were exceptionally well bid for.
