Borderway Sale of Weaned Cattle

On Wednesday 27^th March, Harrison and Hetherington held their weekly sale of weaned cattle.  Borderway sits on top of the table for bulls, bullocks and heifers as stirk trade hits new heights. Bulls started the day in a different league topping at £1500 for a British blue from Messrs Watret.  Limousin bulls reach £1420 and £1410 twice from Messrs Cowan, The Ash.  Shorthorn bulls sell to £1300 from Messrs Byers, Whitehill.  Heifers topped from Messrs Hughes, Dona Close for a Limousin at £1560.  Messrs Watson, Street Gate sold bullocks topping at £1320 for British Blues.
