On Monday 29th April Harrison and Hetherington conducted their final Pet lamb sale of the season.
The largest entry to date of 158 pet lambs went through ring 4 and sold to an unreal average of £12.55 for mixed show of continental and hill breeds forward.
The sale topped at £25 six times, firstly for Texels from Messrs Smith, Lake View, Messrs Barrow, Pow Head, Messrs Pigg, Chesterwood Farm and 2 from Westmorland Chapel Farm Ltd. Followed by a Dutch Spotted from Messrs Dixon, Cowburn.
