Borderway Breeding sheep

Monday 24^th June 2024 Harrison & Hetherington held its weekly sale of Ewes with lambs at foot at Borderway Market. Numbers are starting to dry up and well short of buyer requirements with everything in high demand. Topping the sale at £140/life (£420/outfit) was a Smart Beltex cross shearling with twin Beltex lambs at foot from A W Hague, Frizington. 3 crop Mule ewe with twin Texel lambs sold to £98/life from S D & C M Hoodless, Highfield. Sale average £95/life.
