Borderway Calf Sale

Harrison & Hetherington held their weekly sale of calves on Wednesday 10^th July.   British Blue bulls topped todays trading at £640 from Messrs Johnstone,  Petteril Side  for an outstanding 4m old bull. Messrs Kirkpatrick,  Nether Place topped the Limousin section at £550 and Angus bulls topped at £540 from George Ireland Livestock.  Messrs Kirkpatrick also topped the Simmental section at £540 respectively. Black and whites topped at £325 again from Messrs Johnstone,  Petteril Side.

Heifers were up to £535 for a Limousin heifer from Messrs Kirkpatrick,  Nether Place who also topped the Simmental section at £495. George Ireland Livestock was up to £495 for an Angus heifer and British Blues topped at £475 from Messrs Harryman, Low Farm.
