Lockerbie Store Cattle

On Tuesday 16^th July, Harrison & Hetherington held their fortnightly sale of store cattle at Lockerbie Mart.  A smaller summer time show of store cattle with the trade holding up like you won’t believe.

Limousin heifers topped at £1510 from Messrs Wilson, Belzies. British Blue heifers from the same home made £1300. Charolais bullocks sell to £1220 from Messrs Spence, North Corrielaw, heifers from the same home sell to £1190 at 11m old.

More cattle required in two weeks time for our fortnightly sale as demand remains strong.
