Borderway Weaned Cattle Sale

On Wednesday, 31st July Harrison & Hetherington held their weekly sale of Weaned cattle.  A smaller show forward was met with a stronger trade on the week with yet more new buyers ringside keen for cattle.  Charolais and Limousin bullocks sell to £1380 from Messrs Duff, The Laythes and Messrs Eve, Stubbsgill, respectfully.  Messrs Edmondson, High Mansriggs sold Limousin bullocks to £1160, others sell to £1140 for a pen of 3 from Messrs Musgrave, Hill Farm.  

Limousin  heifers sell to £1080 from Messrs Greenbank, The Faulds.  British Blue heifers sell to £1010 from Messrs Richardson, St Margarets House.  See you all next week.
