On Tuesday 13^th July, Harrison & Hetherington held their fortnightly sale of store cattle at Lockerbie Mart where an evidently bigger ringside of buyers saw a substantial lift in trade from the previous sale.

Cattle topped at £1700 for a 16m old Limousin heifer from Messrs Taylor, Littlered Hall. The same home has bullocks to £1600 and topped the ppk section for two Limousin heifers selling for 325ppk.

More cattle required to meet ever growin demand in Lockerbie.
