At Wooler on Wednesday 28^th August Harrison and Hetherington held their weekly sale of primestock selling 1519 Sheep comprising 1038 Prime Lambs and 481 Cast Ewes and Rams.

Lambs met a very selective trade, with meaty lambs selling to a premium, leaner types harder to cash.
