St Boswells Annual show & sale of Native bred Cattle

Harrison and Hetherington held their Annual Show & Sale of Native Bred Cattle. 

Cattle shown in great bloom despite the grazing season

Judge of the day was Mr C.Downie, Mains of Teuchmuiry who picked out his champion from annual consignment from Messrs Ross, Wester Middleton with a cracker of an Aberdeen Angus.x Bullock.  Reserve Champion went to the same home.

Topping the days trading was Messrs Ross, Wester Middleton’s Champion bullock at £2020.

Top pence per kilo went to Messrs Ross’s Reserve Champion Heifer at 345p per kilo.
