On Tuesday 22^nd November Lockerbie held their last Store Cattle Sale of the year, top price goes to Messrs Kerr, Justinlees, topping the sale at £1560 twice for Angus Bullocks. Top pence per kilo was Messrs MacGregor, Relief, topping at 313 ppk, for a growthy Charolais bullock.

Heifers were in high demand, topping at £180 from Messrs Kerr, Justinlees and per kilo was Messrs Bell, The Block at 297ppk.

More cattle required to meet ever growing demand in Lockerbie.
