Harrison & Hetherington Ltd, Kirkby Stephen Mart held their sale of Store Cattle on Monday.
Stores topped at £1375 for a Limousin cross heifer from Messrs Hill, Whitewall Farm, Great Asby bought by Messrs Gardiner, Bridlington.
Steers topped at £1325 for a Limousin cross from Messrs Sayer, Musgrave House and was purchased by D Barker, Scarborough.
Fleckvieh cross steers sold to £1045 for a pen of three from Messrs Marston, South View, Winton which were bought by Messrs Ashford Bros, Bedale.
Trade was the dearest seen for some time with a mainly commercial and dairy bred show on offer plenty of buyers looking for all types of store cattle. Sell with confidence at the current time!
