Wooler Primestock

At Wooler on Wednesday 28th April Harrison and Hetherington held their weekly sale of primestock selling 652 prime sheep comprising 467 Hoggs, 24 Spring Lambs and 161 Cast Ewes and Rams

Lambs:

The first lambs forward this year were easily cashed with Butchers now eager to make the switch from hoggs, numbers required to meet expected demand from local Butcher and Wholesale.
