H&H Held their weekly sale of store and breeding sheep. A small yet good quality offering of hoggs with lambs at foot sold to £174/Life for an outstanding pen of 5 Suffolks with Texel lambs at foot from T Edmondson, High Mansrigg, Ulverston. The same home sold another pen of 5 Suffolk Hoggs with Texel lambs at foot to £170/Life, Averaging £168.64/Life for 22 outfits. TE Morley, Town Head, Brampton sold Beltex Shearlings with lambs at foot to £152/Life and Beltex Hoggs with lambs to £148/Life. Jessica Marwick and Robert Coney, 1 Pirntaton Cottage, Stow sold a good consignment of Texel cross Mule Hoggs with May born Beltex Lambs to £145/Life.

Many more could have been sold to a full ringside of buyers and trade is set to continue for the next few weeks.
