On Tuesday 29^th July Lockerbie seen a summer show of cattle at Lockerbie with a great stamp of quality throughout. Top price today went to Messrs Wilson,   Belzies topping at £2480 for a super Blue cross bullock. Same home had a Blue heifer at £2300. £1720 was also achieved from this good home for a Limousin bullock. £1650 was reached four times from Messrs Taylor, Fingland and Messrs More, Maxwell Bank was up to £1360 for an Angus Heifer.

More cattle required to meet ever growing demand in Lockerbie.
