Borderway Calf Sale

On Wednesday 10th September Harrison and Hetherington held their weekly sale of calves.  Trade continued to keep at high levels.  CM Kirkpatrick, Howthat topped trade at £1135 for a Simmental bull calf.  He also sold to £1030 and £1010, with heifers to £960, £940 and £930.  G & SE Fox, Windy Hill sold a good run of Blue Tongue vaccinated calves to £960, with heifers to £990, £950, £940 and £900 (x2).  DJ Livingstone, Kirtlevale, Gretna sold Limousins to £890 and £920.
