On Wednesday 22^nd October  Harrison and Hetherington held their monthly Beef Breeding sale at Borderway Mart with a great entry of cows and heifers with calves was forward.  Messrs Dickinson, High House run of 3 Limousin x heifers and calves sold for £4500, £4200.  Messrs Dent, Ashfield run of Limousin cows and calves topped at £3900.  Messrs Cornthwaite, Balgray run of Limousin x stock cows and calves topped at £3800 and £3700.  Messrs Fitton, Mosshall Farm, Limousin x cows and calves topped at £3800.  Messrs Gledson, Buteland Farm run of Blues x heifers and Angus calves topped at £3800.
