Borderway Suckled Calves

On Wednesday 12^th November Harrison and Hetherington held their sale of Suckled calves with a great show of 162 forward with one of the largest ring side of buyers ensuring a flying trade throughout.

Messrs Hodge, The Grove, Limousin x bullocks topped at £2120 and £2060.  Osborne Farms run of 7 to 8 month old Limousin x bullocks sold to at £2040 (x3) and £2000 (x2) with Limousin x heifers selling for £1940 and £1800 (x3).  Messrs Furlong & Co,  Ridley Farm run of 8 month old Limousin x bulls topped at £2000 (x3), £1940 (x2) and £1920.

Messrs Howard, Lees Hill Farm Limousin x bullocks topped at £1960 and Messrs Dent, Beamwham again with Limousin x bullocks topped at £1920 (x2).
