Harrison & Hetherington were delighted to host the Sheep Dog Spectacular, our first-ever online sheepdog sale, which proved to be an outstanding success and a major milestone for the company.

Sale Highlights;

⭐ Stealing the show and topping the fully trained section was Gwen, an exceptional 10-month-old fully trained bitch from Mr K. Evans, which sold for a remarkable £19,800, the top price of the day.
 

⭐ Our next leading price in the fully trained section was Griff, also from Mr K. Evans, which sold for an impressive £9,200.

Following closely behind were Nap, sold by C. Toner, and Dunelle Flame, sold by R. Williams, both achieving strong prices of £7,600.

⭐ Topping the part-trained section was Preseli Eira, a 12-month-old bitch sold by L. Harris, achieving £3,500.

⭐ Leading the pup section was Liz, another standout entry from K. Evans, selling for £2,300.

Overall Results

• 80% clearance rate

• 7 dogs sold over £7,000

• 30% of entries sold over £5,000

• Fully trained dogs averaged £6,050

• Part-trained dogs averaged £2,360

• Pups averaged £1,350

Interest in the sale was exceptional, with the Sheep Dog Spectacular becoming the second most viewed sale in Harrison & Hetherington history, reaching an incredible 60,000 global views worldwide.
