At Wooler on Wednesday 23rd June Harrison and Hetherington held their weekly sale of primestock selling 1501 Prime Sheep comprising 1178 Lambs and 323 Hoggs, Cast Ewes and Rams

All classes well back in line with the national trend, another good selection with an excellent show of quality heavy butcher lambs

Cast Ewes:
A varied show of Cast Sheep received a solid trade from start to finish to average £93 overall
Topping the sale at £160 was a superb Suffolk Tup from East Town Farm who had an impressive run of Cast Sheep which averaged £137.50 also a pen of Suffolk.x Ewes @ £136 Hoprig.
